When you have a complaint about potholes on the road, pipe bursts or if you see unsafe practices at construction sites, most people find that it is hard to send your complaints to JKR but with JKR-ku, lodging a complaint is made easier and faster to do.
JKR-ku is designed by Jabatan Kerja Raya Brunei Darussalam, for receiving complaints made by the public in Brunei Darussalam. This application allows anyone to lodge a complaint, for example potholes on the road, water leaks and so on which will be linked directly to the Ministry of Developments Customer Care Hotline Centre.
JKR-ku allows you to:
* Register with the application and get responses from JKR on the complaints youve made
* Attach photos along with the complaints to show the problem
* Follow up with the Customer Care Hotline Centre (140) regarding your complaint
* You can lodge a complain even when you are on the move, as long as you have registered
JKR-ku is easy to use, you can get the complaint off your chest and move on with the rest of your day.
